The Villa

The villa is no more than 15 minutes drive from all the Disney attractions, water parks & entertainment, yet is placed in a tranquil woodland setting away from the hustle & bustle of Orlando. It is an ideal destination for holidaymakers who want easy access to all that Disney has to offer, while also having a luxurious & peaceful home to return to in the evening.

There has been no expense spared with this villa, comprising of 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped games room, lavishly furnished living spaces & peaceful sunbathing area by the uniquely styled pool.

Pool/Patio Area

You can put your feet up and chill out in the pool area. There's an over sized pool, several sun loungers and chairs.

Living Area

This contemporary styled room has a 3 piece sofa to relax on, while enjoying the large screen LCD TV or the view of the pool. There is also a DVD player to keep everyone amused.

Family Area

A great area where you can relax after a long day at the theme parks.

Kitchen

The kitchen boasts all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self catering holiday, including fridge freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, large oven, blender, toaster, crockery, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal.

There is also a 4 seater oak breakfast table, ideal to get the family fed before a day of adventure!

Utility Room

Stocked with automatic washing machine and separate drier, ironing board and iron & ample storage.

Dining Area

This is a place where all the family can gather together to share a meal at the end of the day in elegant surroundings. There is a large dining table which will comfortably seat 6 people.

Games Room

Great fun for all the family in this brand new games room. There's a top of the range table football, state of the art air hockey table and a pool table that converts into a table tennis table.

Master Suite

A modern styled grand bedroom with a king size bed, walk in wardrobe & a deluxe en suite with shower, bath & sink.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 2 is equally as impressive with a large walk in wardrobe. The queen size bed and cool decor add to the distinctive style of the room.

Bedroom 3

This sizeable room features a twin single beds, chest of drawers and substantial wardrobe.

Bedroom 4

The kids in the party will be well at home in this kids styled room. It has twin single beds.
