The Location

Sandy Ridge, Davenport is a new vacation community set within lush conservation and is ideally situated within easy reach of the popular Central Florida theme parks and attractions. This nicely landscaped community also has its own kiddies play area for those "little ones" who still have plenty of energy after a day at the theme parks.

Being close to great routes such as Interstate 4 and Hwy 192 makes planning those all important days out to parks or shopping that much easier.

Florida's beautiful coastline is also within easy reach and has many great beaches to offer, from the quiet white sands of St Pete's to the fast pace of Clearwater, and with one of the closest (Cocoa Beach) being just over an hour's drive away, they are definitely well worth a visit.

Although golfers will be spoilt for choice when it comes to golf courses, Sandy Ridge is within a few minutes drive of the popular Champions Gate Golfing Resort offering some great championship courses to suit all handicaps. A supermarket, shopping strip and some fine restaurants are also located at Champions Gate, with Hwy 192 offering an abundance of gift shops, food outlets, helicopter rides, a variety of fun family activities and much, much more is also only a short drive away. The US-27 is also only a few minutes drive with the new Posner Park shopping experience - large stores opening from 2008 onwards!
